Return Policy
We have a 30 day new or used return policy.
You may return any product you buy for up to 30 days from the day you received it. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt of the item for an RMA number, and we can either issue a call tag for the item, in which case the shipping charges will be withheld from your refund, or you can ship the item yourself. We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items. We will credit your account when we receive the return item. Please note that if you had chosen expedited shipping with your original order those charges will NOT be refunded. In addition, if you purchased a cue that had work done- such as a turn down, or re-tip, then the charges for that service will not be refunded. Cheapcues.com reserves the right to void a customer's ability to return a product if the product shows sign of misuse or abuse.
Privacy and Security Policy
The information provided when you order with us is never used for any purpose other than direct communication and to fulfill your order. Your name, address, phone and email are all kept confidential. For additional security, we do not store your credit card information on our server. Our checkout page is SSL encrypted for security (right click and choose properties to view).

When you visit our website or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail when the need to contact you arises. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. Regarding product descriptions and pricing, Cheapcues.com attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Cheapcues.com is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
