Warranty Information

Pechauer pool cues purchased after January 1st, 2006 from an authorized J.Pechauer Custom Cues dealer/Distributor are warranted to the original purchaser (non-transferable) to be free from defects in material and workmanship, including warpage, for the life of the cue. Pechauer, at it's sole discretion, will repair or replace any pool cue it deems to be defective and maintains the right to void this warranty if there is evidence of abuse, mishandling, or alteration. Normal wear items such as tip, finish, and wrap are excluded from this warranty.

    I loved the design of this cue from the first time I saw it. Cue is absolutely beautiful in person in cocobolo and curly maple, with flawless inlay and finish work. Cue feels very solid; rolls straight, no buzzes or rattles and really no complaints, which is important when spending this kind of money on a cue. Requested specs were accurate. Shipping and packaging were also top notch. I would recommend CheapCues.com to anyone looking for a Pechauer.
